Help! Lexus Customer Service Treating Me Poorly!

Actually, I'm glad this guy posted this...I too have had my share of issues with Lexus (the Mark Levinson system) and so far, I have been treated well by Lexus Customer Service and by my dealerships service department.
He obviously is not your typical I-Hate-Lexus-And-I-Love-BMW guy considering he has letters of proof regarding his situation.
I honestly think issues like this need to be shown to keep Lexus on their toes...otherwise, who's to say that Lexus won't get lazy in their own glory (like BMW and Mercedes)?

what issues are you having with your system???? I have had some issues too, particularly when I turn on the car, hear little volume from the stereo, then turn it up a bit and they thing is blaring, with eqs off the chart.

gs3_4me - My problem was that the system would shut off (the amp) when the amp got overloaded (too much bass). Then it would not turn back on...it would just click on and off. It would take anywhere from a few hours to a few weeks for the amp to click back on...Lexus is in the process of taking care of the situation....

hey manaray, if you have problem with you mark levinson I think you should contact madrigal @ www.madrigal.com. I have problem with my Mark Levinson too (home system) and the only way to get it fix is send it back to their factory in CT. I doubt lexus can do anything about it other than replace your unit.

The only issues that I have is some sort of rattling in the car. I don't know where it is coming from. I don't even bother with it because I usually have my system up loud.
I don't even bother going to my lex dealer because around here the dealership sucks.
