Nice set. I remember when I had the VS rims. Sold em though, now I wish i didn't. 19's look much better than the 18's I had.

Looks killer- love the VS-XX. Don't let the naysayers get you down about gold- it's the next thing in wheel finishes (black centers are so 2004!). Our friends on the East Coast are a little conservative... Nice fitment & offsets, too!

My brother ordered 17x8 + 17x9 VS-XX silver for his 1985 AE86 Corolla GT-S... I figured out perfect offsets (2" front lip + 4" rear lip), special ordered them, and two weeks later Work Japan e-mailed and said they could not do the R disk in 4x114.3 (the shorter pad heights will not clear the spindle/greasecap on the front of these cars). I am currently devising a plan to make the VS-XX fit the Corolla properly; I'll have to make custom front rotor hats for the car, but we are committed to getting them on the car.

Timeless, classy, clean. Congratulations!

Very nice Ryan. I did not realize 275 on 10.5 would already look that stretched. It is already pulling back from the rim lip. Too aggressive for me for daily driving (I know you can go even more stretched ) but if you are game, it looks great.

Congrats.

The combo looks nice!! All of these mesh style wheels have me thinking. Still leaning towards muli-spoke, but you never know, spring is still months away for me.

looks very nice ryan, finally they are on the car. i guess the stretched tires help quite a bit on the fenders huh? seems like a lot of clearance.

and chris, yeah, 275 on 10.5 is very stretched. my 285 on 10.5 is just about right. of course tire brands and model plays a role too. offset of my wheel is only 1mm lower than ryan's but if you look at my car, the rear is right at the fender boundary -- no fun

I've always loved Gold Rims, I would love a silver s15 Silvia, with some beefy gold Volk rims.

Looks good.

I've been waiting to see how those would look on a White GS4. I'm saving up for those right now.

That is a great look! My buddy has a white GS-3 and just destroyed his chrome Armano,s. He was thinking of changing to gold rims. I must have him check out this set up...Very nice.
Congrats on the new rims and tires.
