Default Vogtland Springs? Anybody have these?

I wanted to get KYB shocks and keep seeing them paired up with Vogtland springs on Ebay. The price is right, but I don't know if the quality is.

Does anyone have an opinion or thoughts on these?

I have these springs with Tokico Blue shocks in my 95 Avalon.
They are made by a german company.

The springs did lower my car a decent amount, but the ride is a little too harsh, especially on rough roads.
I don't know if the harshness is from the springs themselves or the shocks.

However, this combination makes the car handle like it's on rails (even though it's an Avalon), and it doesn't bounce at all.

This site has a couple of images of my car for reference.

Avalon with Vogtlands

Thanks.

I am planning on getting 20s. I was looking at getting the KYB shock, but I wanted to get the springs that wouldn't lower my car too much... maybe about an inch. I was about to get the L-tuned but they seem fairly expensive. Any thoughts on what would be another option? Thx.
