Default Test fitting - Junction Produce body kit [PICS!!!]

So my brother decided to test fit the kit this weekend. These pictures are a result of his efforts.
My impression so far. So far so good, the rear and front bumpers as do the rocker panles fit very nicely. The only thing we ran into was that the door claddings were rubbing when we attempted to open the doors. Not a big problem, they're only rubbing slightly. Fortunately, my brother works at high-end body shop so the door cladding issue shouldn't be much of a problem.

Anyhow on to the pics

Oh and by the way, we tested fitted the JP exhaust as well...I'll post pics of that later on today

Very nice Seize, looks awesome!

In case you haven't read the threads, the front / rear door rubbing issue is a known 'design feature' in the JP kits for the 2GS.

I will have to sieze that body kit Sieze. It is too hot. The fitment looks good compared to some other body kits. Is that polyurethane?

Thank you for all the kind words fellas.

And to answer your questions....it should be done by next weekend. The kit, if I'm not mistaken is FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic).

And as promised, pictures of the JP exhaust

And last but not least. A daytime pic of the front end

looks like it fits perfect.....as far the door rubbing issue, are you talking about the rubber piece at the bottom of the stock door caps? If so, those would come off anyhow right?

I cant wait to see thsi kit on a silver car.......

He is talking about the JP doorcaps rubbing when opening the rear door . some slight modification should fix it

well the car looks hot Seize... I like how the JP exhaust looks with the new bumper.. If you look at the pic showing the side shot of the rear bumper you can see the exhaust tips flare up at a angle creating a nice flow with the rear bumper... Very Nice....Is this car going to be driven everyday or for show.... Again great looking car...
