Question VSC not working?

well i bought my gs400 about 10 months ago...ive been driving it and ive noticed that the VSC is not working, it's never turned on... ive intensionally made the car skid and fishtail and ive never seen anything that has to do with VSC turn on, no lights, no flicker... the car doesnt seem to react.... the VSC off button is pressed but nothing shows on the dash....anyone know what can be done?

I think the fuse needs to be replaced or it could be a relay

my speedometer needle is dead, it wont move.... the rest of the guages work...
my digital odometer is frozen..... mileage is stuck...

happened right after the car was jump started on a cold day after the battery died.....noticed the speedometer needle wasnt marking anymore, suggestions!

Did you take a trip to Autozone to have your ECU checked for trouble codes? It's free Tone

the instrument panel has a relay (don't remember the location) and a 10A fuse (left kicker panel) ..if I recall ..

Also there are two plugs for the instrument panel that go into the left kick panel fuse box in the middle of it ..make sure they are in snug. There's another instrument junction box behind the navi system near the firewall on your ride .. you may have to check the plugs there too (especially with the cats you had messing with your radio.,..genius'es)

Tone call me later when i get home and I'll pull up the electrical diagram for the cluster on our cars and see watssup..
