i am about to be getting the 90k service done along with spark plugs and waterpump. however, i head some people on here also get the serpentine belt and the cam seals replaced while doing this service. my question is:

1. how and when do i know when it is the time to replaced my serpentine belt?.

2. the manual doesn't say anything about replacing cam/crank seals, and radiator caps, etc. , when and how do i know when it is the time to replace this?\

If my memory serves me correctly after taliking with my dealership's cheif Lexus mechanic. He said Lexus recommends changing at 60K, he said you can go 90K no worries and that he has seen many go 120K and still look great. As for the other items, I don't know. I get mine serviced regularly at the dealership and they inspect everything and keep me informed.

Since the serpentine belt is easily accessible, just have a look for any cracking on the inside. Replace it if you see cracking.

For the cam seals, you may as well just do them while the timing belt is exposed. You will have to re-do pretty much all the water pump labor to change the cam seals if they go bad later.

what other seals and caps should i replaced besides the 2 cam seals( 2on the front that i know of )? any suggestions would help
