Now you say the GS is for old conservatives. There's plenty of young professional with GSs. Plenty of modded GSs, some having 500+ RWHP...not conservative at all. We made a choice based not only on stock HP numbers, but style, quality, reliabillity, etc, etc.

If I wanted the HP fun factor...I'd get SupraTT, mod it, and put it up against your M5 any day.
Key word mod. I don't think you want to put a toyota against an M5 Thats is like bringing a knife to a gun fight.

I belive the mods are cleaning up his posts.

But to stay on topic, as rarely as I open her up, I do enjoy knowing the V8 power is there when I need to get that kick or jump I need on the open roads.

LOL. "Nothing to see here. Please disperse. Nothing to see here."

Name the movie. I assume that's what you were referring to. If not, maybe I'm the weird one.

By the way, back on topic, it just happened to me tonight on the way home on the highway. I had to get around a car and went from 65 to 90 in the blink of an eye.

my GS gets to rip to 6000 rpm at least once almost every outing. I like to wait until it shifts into second, then slowly roll on the throttle until I know it won't go back to first, then punch it and let second gear do it's business. I love the way the V8 pulls with authority when it hits third too.

Can't wait to get back into some power & torque... haven't driven my GS4 since October.
The old '92 Accord Coupe I'm borrowing just isn't in the same league.

Good riddance to 1sickM5troll...

Actually, i gave my GS a nice pedal mashing ealier today when i passed some 200 yr old driver. What a great feeling.

Now, for the Maxima comment...
My previous car was an '02 Maxima 6-speed, so i know how fast they really are first hand. The only place the GS has a clearcut advantage over my old max would be high-high end. Other than that, they're pretty much running dead even.

I know we're not suppose to talk about it but reading quotes and not seeing his remarks cuz they were erased was pretty funny. Now as for the gs4, I really think people sometimes forget how fast and responsive that car is when stepped on from any speed, when I had my blk gs4 I loved going from 60-90 in a flash.

Its pretty amazing how responsive these cars really are... Its nice when you cruise from a stoplight and then punch it little how quickly it travels up the rpm range... We have the best of both worlds IMO with this car.... Luxury and Power....
