yup yup, the UGO STB will fit the GS430 with cover on, due to my computer problem, im not able to post a pic right now, sorry guys ^^hehe, as soon as i get my computer fixed i will post a pic! well the engine cover DOES touch the UGO STB, but i dont see any big problem with it though, its actually the middle part of the engine that toughes the STB , not the side. all in all i love it!

well the engine cover DOES touch the UGO STB, but i dont see any big problem with it though
When I did my install, the first thing I did was reinstall my cover and then attempt to put the STB on...I noticed that the STB actually pushed down on the engine cover...friction...
If you don't think that'll matter, you can take a look at my old TRD STB...on the GS430's, the oil cap, if not turned the right way, will just BEARLY touch the TRD STB...but after several miles, the finish on the TRD STB rubs off.
Here's a quote from my original install post...
Although the UGO STB has more clearance than the TRD STB, the GS430's engine cover will STILL not fit underneath. Well, it will fit, but it's going to be pushed down by the STB and will rub and it'll probably look real ugly after a few miles...

You could also try adding some spacers (I don't recommend going past two per side)...I was considering this but to tell you the truth, I'd rather have the extra threading securing the STB down than a useless engine cover...

even with spacers?? i think like globe said the towers are too low and the bar hits but with spacers i dont think it would hit the roof since the bar is thin.
