anyone with the VeilSide Executive rear bumper, could you guys help me out?

I need to know how much lower the VeilSide Executive rear bumper is, compared to the stock rear bumper. Therefore, I need to know the length ( in Inches or cm ) from the rear bumper chrome trim down to the lower point of the bumper (at the rear wheel well). That's probably the most accurate way of measurement.

Anyone have time to take a quick measurement for me? Thanks in advance!
