Anyways, getting larger rims doesn't mean your car is going to sit higher. The larger the rims you get, the thinner your tires will become because you have to order specialty tires to fit around your aftermarket rims.
By "airbagging" does your cousin mean to get the air runner suspension system? If so, the system is definitely worth the money but at our age, it's going to cost an arm and a leg to get it and install it. I say just get yourself some coilovers. TEIN CS would be best for you if you plan to go big rims. The Flex will ride a little hard and may cause damage to the rims so go with the TEIN CS. You'll get the lower drop, the handling, but also keep some luxury feel to your ride.
Regarding your kit, it depends on what it is made of. Fiberglass is easier to repair than urethane. Urethane is stronger and harder to crack than the fiberglass. But the crack is definitely repairable. Just depends on what material the kit if made of.

Car looks great.
Except the angel eyes, and the rims. i would get rid of those 2.
I personally wouldn't put black rims on a blue car. you said you wanted to get chrome door handles and chrome trunk bar, i dont think black would flow with your car AT ALL.
I think chrome would flow really well. But its your car, and your choice.
Nice job so far
