To continue my post above, I really think the Lexus GS Screen Saver hypnotized me in to wanting Silver/Black. Per 2 diferent Lexus dealers, it is the most sought after color combination across their product line. Have you noticed all the Lexus ads around Christmas were of Silver vehicles?

i bought a 2001 silver GS430 L-Tuned Stage 2 back in 08/04 , 60,000 miles, M.L., Nav. for 28,000.

 

If I had to do it all again I would go with exactly what I have today.

Black Exterior with Saddle Interior.

I searched for it roughly for a year.

I am about 99% sure that they don't offer the Saddle interior for the GS430s.

And to answer your question about the price hmmm I say low 20s for a 2002.

I bought a loaded 02 GS430 w/70Kmiles a year ago (Dec 04) for $24.5K (nav/ML/17" wheels/heated seats).

 

I bought my 2001 GS430 in early November, and with 81K miles on the odo, mint condition, with HID's, OEM 17's and Nav, I paid $19.9K (Silver/Gray)...it's pretty sweet (needs an intake, pulleys and an exhaust though :-))

 

Is Saddle beige or rather ivory? If so, Lexus has offered it every year. I personally looked at several GS430's with it. Just check out eBay and you'll see it is more popular than black or gray.

saddle is not Ivory interior. You could only get it on a GS in certain Sport Design GS300s. It's also avail on SC and LS.

 

I think around 20-23k would be fair

That is hot!!!!! I had no idea that color was ever available w/ a GS.

 

seriously i don tlike black interiors much either.... its nice but I tend to like the tan interiors more.

if i had a Tan interior I would have gone a totally different theme throughout the car....

 

I, too, did not know this color was offered in a GS. Why does Lexus call this color Saddle? As for meeting up with you guys, I plan on doing the Maryland meet, weather permitting.
