I have an idea, don't hit the front passenger side dash above the glove compartment.

I found one that was actually the right passenger side A pillar, that extends from the glove box and up (along the windshield) to the ceiling (not sure if thats the actual name of the peice, but its the the one that runs alongside either side of the windshield, within the car, that runs down from the ceiling to the corner of the dash). Well, the right one was loose, so I wedged a few felt peices between where the pillar meets the dash board, and some more between the windshield and the pillar. It definitely decreased the rattling from that corner, althought Im still hearing a knocking noise that sounds likes its coming under the dash, somewhere around the glovebox (its not the glovebox though, as I already felted the heck out of it).

So, how about some pix? I think I may have some noises coming from the same area (but really more around the passenger window frame).
