Would it be fair to say the decision to FI or turbo a gs3/4 should be based on your own mechanical skills to do all the work or for non DIY’ers, your proximity to a good tuner shop? While it may be all well and good to send your car out half way across the country to get the work done, there’s still the issue of “what if something goes wrong” I would imagine a Lexus dealer will look at you crossed eyed if you bring a FI or turbo gs in for engine trouble. I think for those lucky enough to be close to a good tuner shop, I say go for it and do the mod. If there’s trouble later, you can always bring it back for repair. However, if you have to travel hundred’s of miles to get the work done, you should think twice about the inconvenience you’ll have if the car ever needs engine service. Like doctors and lawyers, good car shops are hard to find. Just my 2 cents

I couldn't agree more, problems usually start when we get bored of the power we have and want more from the set up. Trust me when I tell you that if you could here a i6 engine turbo'd ripping it down teh street you wouldn't think twice about it.

Not just great - its an art... its probably one of the most distinguished sounds I have heard. I do like the v8 sound, but the turbo taking off is just amazing.
