I've read many posts about this, but the steps aren't outlined how to do it. I am trying to put an Eclipse AVN2454 and would like to keep my stock speakers and stock amp. My car is a 2000 GS300 Platinum Edition.

Can anyone point me to what I need to buy and the instructions for doing this? I will be relaying this information to a car installer to do for me as I am not very good when it comes to installing stuff myself. Thx.

I dont think you can use ur stock amp. when i did mine i had to rewire the whole thing and its actually better if you get an aftermarket amp for all your highs.

good luck I had to run all new wires to my door's there is a diagram of what's what on your stock amp in the forum I ended up upgrading all the speekers also becuse they couldnot handle the wattage the the aftermarket radio put out

Just spend the EXTRA $$$$$ and go all aftermarket it will be worth it to you in the long run trust me on this one
