Default What is this rubber piece(PIC INCLUDED), and why is it not screwed in?

I was coming out of the gym this morning walking to my car and I noticed something hanging down just in front of the right rear tire. I got on the ground and saw that there was this rubber piece that has two holes in it that look like there are supposed to be screws holding it in place. What is this piece and why am I missing the screws (if in fact that is the case)? I saw that there is also another one on the other side of the car but it only has one empty hole and it is also not screwed in but it doesnt hang down hardly at all. ANyone know?

I think that is held in by push poppers. Looks like a rivet that can be put in by hand. Dealer has them for cheap.

Yeah, those things are held by those plastic body fasteners. I remember those when changing out to the l-tuned sides. I don't think there's any danger if it's not attached

These clips should be in stock at your local Lexus parts department. The part number is 75867-30110. I just had to replace them myself. I got the part number from E-man and they worked perfectly.

I replaced those on one side...and had to replace the other side six months later.

You might as well get four and replace them on both sides.

I noticed one of mine missing the other day and replaced it. like everyone said, you just push those plastic fasteners in there. they are the same as the clips that hold the sideskirts in place.

Yep...its held by those plastic fasteners. May as well buy some extra cuz sooner or later, they will pop out again. Just one of those things

Thanks for the credit. Those things are pretty annoying. I just noticed that the head on one of mine is cracked. I agree it's a good idea to order a few extra to have them on hand.
