yup- and shocks, strut caps, and all the bushings are probably toast too by that many miles.

I will agree with the others though on the fact that you will have a hard time finding that much car for $8k. Just be ready for some freshening up. I'd be very interested in the svc records. did you call Lexus for the history?

NioCe ... I'd say if all the papers are good as gold then it should be a great car ... esp for that price these motors from what i have have researched are great

For long drives if the records are Not maintained

are you swamped in bills will the wife kick you out for this

thats all i can add sorry

Default high miles!

I would invest in something with less miles! You could take that money and put a few more with it and get a decent GS with fewer miles! -wringo

....................if you plan to keep it for the life of the car - miles should not be an issue - especially with the stated condition

.........now if you think you might sell in a few years thats another story........................

well, I've thought about it...and the high miles doesn't scare me too much, but i have decided against getting it because I still want a LS430, I'll just have to wait a little bit longer. I love the GS's...but LS's are more my style...

Anybody interested, you can contact me and I can give you their info, and $9800 is the asking price, although that is obo. I never got to the point of negotiating with them yet. It's not listed in any ads anywhere. The car is in Tampa, Florida.

Anybody know of a cheap LS430???
