Tell them you have a lexus and Not a Hyundia


and that your pissed and demanding another bumper asap or a fix

 

thanks for all your replies. i wish i could bring you guys with me to the body shop and fight for me. i'm so p""off that i don't even want to see his face or talk to him again. I think my insurance guy and the body shop known each other, that's why they're helping each other out. after this accident with my car i really don't want to get in anymore accident because your car will not be the same after. one of the lexus dealer in houston does have the bodyshop there and if i ever need any body done with my lexus i will drive 4 hours there for them to work on my lexus. does you guys ever have any body done with your lexus? did they do a good job? thanks

 

In that case, I think you can make a complaint to the state insurance commissioner-I can't remember the exact tite/wording.

When my sister had her car repaired, she also received a letter from the insurance commission asking if she was happy with the repair. If not she can file a complaint with them and they can help her out. I'll try to look for the letter but in the meanwhile if someone knows what I'm talking about, they can correct me.
Basically check with your state.
