Kit one - it is a lot more subtle and classy, just like lexus in general. Though I am not diggin the spoilers on either.

I was thinking the 2nd kit was to "Ricey" but the first was a bit more like a tasteful. Im still diggin #1.

Between the two, I like kit one. But I don't like the rear bumper or the spoiler. The front of kit one looks good if you are going for the sporty look on the GS.

I had the Veilside kit (K-1) on my car before and I thought it wasn't that bad, for a 7 year old design I think it's still ok.
