Default Wood Grain wheel question

A friend of mine has a wood grain wheel that he's going to sel me, I was wondering if it would fit my car. It came off a 2001 GS430. and if not what would I need to make it fit.

Seriously though... From your profile it looks like you have a 2001 GS300? You should have the two stage airbag that comes with the 01+ GS cars like that one you are buying, but you would lose your e-shift.

That's a good one! With wood grain wheels do you go with the two horse setup or do you spring for the premium four horse setup.

I really did wish Lexus had the steering wheel with wood trim, yet still maintain the e-shift. That would have been damn nice.

yes, you are the ONLY one. no really, some say they don't like it, but I love teh wood.

there are a very few rare oem wood steering wheels that came with e-shift, and that would be from a wood equiped Sport Design GS3.

No you are not the only one... I actually think the leather steering wheel cleans up the interior. It still needs the chrome L badge tho...

Default Wood Steering Wheel

The wood looks better but the leather feels better in my hands. Plus the leather wheel isn't prone to temperature changes like the wood wheel - hot or cold steering wheel.
