Will 1999 GS300 HID's fit on a 2000 GS400 with HIDS?
Hello all,
I have a 2000 GS400 with factory autoleveling HID's and the headlights have condensation in them, I have a pair of Autoleveling HID's from a 1999 GS300. Will they fit and still work the same way? Still autolevel etc.?
Thanks for your help.

Thanks
but i am curious, 99 gs300 has hid? i thought from 98-00, hid was option for gs400 but not even available on the gs300, and then from 01-05, hid was standard on gs430 and option on gs300? (note, most 2000 gs400 has hid doesn't mean it's standard, it just means it's packaged in most cars)

When I did my retrofit, I had to pull the bumper off to change out the headlights. Or do the earlier year models have a easier to remove headlight?

but would i recommend? hell no. you risk cracking the paint or damaging the bumper. imho it's definitely not worth the extra 10 mins to take off teh front bumper
