Default anyone here know whos car this is?

i was browsing through craigslist and came upon this gs400 i found. im seriously thinking about picking up this car. does anyone know the owner or anything about the car? his name is alex.
how much do you guys think this car is worth? he told me that timing belt was done at 90k and has paperwork for it.

That milage is way to high, even if you add all the mods he's done it shouldnt be that much.

reminds me of 12volts GS. I like the wheels and kit. Check it out and see if you can get him down in price.

thanks guys. yea i checked kbb and it valued the car at around $17500 thats if its in excellent condition. i talked to the owner and he said if im seriously about picking it up he's willing to negotiate.

I think $18k would be a pretty good price, depending on the condition of the paint, kit and wheels.
