Default Are the Defi Link gauges worth it?

Guys,

I am wanting to get some Defi BF gauges mounted in the GS. Do you think they are worth it or should I just spend $100 on cheap ones instead of $600??

Do you think gauges take away from the look of the car??

Searching posts I saw Dr G's gauges on his A Pillar and I liked it.

Thoughts?

Jonny

Depends if you want quality or not. Same with everything else. Gauges don't take away from the look of the car if they serve a purpose. I would still get the Defi Link/Display and have the gauges hidden though.

Just think it is a waste to pay that much and then hide them.

I had the Defi Link Electronic gauges in my Camry when I had it. Before those, I had the electronic Greddy Gauges. The Defi were MUCH easier because of the Daisy Chain capabilities... but the gauges themselves were no better than the Greddy. They both have just about the same number of features.
