If you put in the S-AFC or V-AFC, does someone have the settings recorded so we can tune without a dyno?

y2kgs is working on a link to give us all more info (ie. Dyno runs, specs ect. ect) he told me he would email it this weekend to me.. When he does I will post it up for you guys as long as it is ok with him.. Stay tuned!

Lexusrules, my friend is looking for an intake for his GS3, how is the sound of it? A loud whissing noise when you accelerate? Can you feel an initial increase in any power from feeling at the pedal?

Yea definatly faster no doubt, sounds well... i cant really descibe it, when you hit it it makes a quick gasp for air and then just... well i dunno.. cuase it works wit hmy GReddy s0o... i doubt it sounds like it would on any GS3 with stock exhaust, but it sounds awsome!

I'm also interested to know this piece of information. The constant whissing or whistling sound really bugs me specially during local (stop and go traffic). If Weapon R does not create that sound, I will change it immediately. Also, there is no heat shield for Weapon R from the pic?

well, at crusing speeds you do not hear any hissing AT ALL, like ZERO, only when you punch it does it make noise, that is the same with SRT right? Weapon*R doesn't come with a Heat sheild no.. maybe you could keep your SRT intake heat shield and chip with the Weapon*R intake... that would probobly be quiet and make the most power i would think. Let us know

SRT doesn't make much noise at cruising speed. It's this "whissssss" sound bugs me.

Hey RA,

I don't think I can hear that hissing sound when I am driving. I only hear that hissing noise when I am standing next to the intake. Well, maybe I am just getting old and cannot hear too well anymore.

One thing that I do like this SRT intake besides the horse power gain is the noise doesn't come in play until the gas padel is fully depressed. When my wife drives the car, I cannot even hear the intake. It is as quite as the stock. Since she doesn't hear the noise, I get to live.

Anyway, when we hook up one of these days, we can all compare notes.
