Default Where to buy body kits

Does anyone have any experience with a company called street concepts. I'm guessing that posting their link would violate a board rule so I wont. But basically I may be purchasing a body kit soon and I want to buy from a reputable dealer.

They make the ones I am interested in out of FRP and appear to be reputable from teh website.

I am looking at a kit called dimension and the revolution.

They're using a member's pics as advertisement for the Explosion kit.

I think it was Lexondub or something. He parted his car out not long ago if I remember correctly. Nevertheless, I'm pretty sure that's his car.

And like I always say, you get what you paid for. The knockoff kits are cheap but the fitment should also be pretty poor. But I'm sure any reputable shop can make them work. I've never heard of them before though.

I wouldnt buy from them. All the kits are replicas for one and someof those cars are CL members who have the real kit. Ricks car is on there but I think his was a replica explosion. Check out Carson or MemoryFab.

I have nothing but good things to say about buying my kit from Carson.

Everyone says that replica kits are not really cheap because you have to pay more to get them installed. Fitment problems.

Things to think about

1. Like the others said, all replicas.
2. Their version of the Explosion is not even a replica of the real thing. The front is but the sides and rear are not from the Explosion kit. Then they used Rick's pics which includes the Veilside hood.
3. Theis Exon kit is the Explosion front and Win rear. Not sure about the sides since the pics are ambiguous.
4. Sorry morris, but the Dimension kit is just not worthy, If you like it then do it but it would be a shame to have such a non-classy kit on the beast that you have worked so hard to build.

Figure out what style you like and talk to Steve.

Thanks guys thats the kind of feedback I needed. Those didnt say replica so I wasnt sure if they were the real deal or not.

My body shop is now very strongly telling me that if I have to do it they suggest only looking at the poly kits. The other thing I now have to consider is would my car clear the driveway if I put the kit on it. so I am still kicking around the idea.
