Carson Toyota

And Park Place Lexus Plano- their best prices are if you order via the internet and they usually ship for free. Some times if I can't find the part I'll call and get the part # then enter that on their site.

I always use Carson - never have used Sewell. I recently returned something back to Carson because it wasn't going to work. They even refunded me my shipping charge even though it was of no fault of their own that I was returning the product. I have to give that a big
for Gordon. Because of his service I will always go to him.

I've only ordered once form Park Place Lexus & no problems. Sewell is great no issues w/ them but Carson has been exceptional.Customer service surperb. that has been my experience.

I used Sewell a few years back for some cabin filters. The code works. Do they have live people at Sewell to talk to?
But I have to give the upperhand to Carson for their customer service, and prompt delivery of much needed parts. There was a part I got from Carson for the GS, which they sold to me for 60 bucks cheaper than the stealership. I have two Toyotas in the driveway to take care of. Carson gets my vote

I have used Sewell, excellent service and great prices. Checked Carson, but haven't bought anything from them yet.
I only buy OEM oil filters but ran out. Since I wanted to get the oil changed, I decided to bite the bullet and buy the filter from the local Toyota dealer. Since this place charges a lot for Lexus parts, I was expecting the worst. To my surprise, they came within penny’s of mail order prices, and I didn't have to pay shipping.
Just be sure you check prices from different sources and watch for hidden charges. (Handling, etc.) There are a lot of places that will try to tell you that you are getting low prices when they are putting the wood to you. Buyer

Yea, Sewell is great. Have always had great service and prices from them. The CL discount is also a plus. It is also nice that they are in Dallas so I can just go by and pick my stuff up from Darrell. A+ for Sewell
