The point I was trying to make is that regardless of how bright they are, they are not left on all the time anyway, so why is it such a big deal?
I think upstateGS4's point was if a rear passenger turns on those LED search lights , say to read that take-out menu or whatever, it might pretty much blind (put spots before the eyes of) the driver when he or she looks in the rear view mirror.

May not be a big deal at all, but just mentioning where I think upstateGS4 was coming from.

It has nothing to do with you being serious or not about that comment you made. You made the comment is if that is what people actually do to point out that the lights are too bright...............

Regardless, even if someone turns them on while you are driving, you cannot see those rear lights through the inside mirror from the drivers normal position in the drivers seat, so you won't get blind spots by looking in the mirror.

Regardless, none of this is important. For those who like it, they will have such lights and for those who don't like yourself, won't have these lights installed. I cannot expect you to like mods that I like and vice versa. Plain and simple.

Let's leave it at that. It is not worth discussing this anymore.
