Default Any way to check the timing belt on GS4 !!!!

I bought my 2000 GS4 half year ago. Now I just feel like to do some tune-up and check the condition of the timing belt. Today I open up the hood, I can't find where the fuel filter and the timing belt are. Does anyone know where the fuel filter is? or How / anyway to check the condition of the timing belt? ( I know it is easy to check on GS3!!)
