Passenger cat. conventer and O2 sensor have been replaced. No CEL, car runs smooth 
Dealer priced cat. at $887.00 (covered under warranty )

About to go through this process as well
Just got my first P0430, I bought a code checker to read my CEL. I have a 2000 GS300 with 77,650 miles with SRT as well. I will find out if here in NY it is also 8 YR and 80K mile warranty. Will keep you guys posted.
