I believe some do, but it was an option on the 98's so you'd have to check. Mine didnt, nor did it come with Navi, another feature which I believe was available as an option on 98's.

Diff between 98 and 99
According to Edmunds, the only change in 99 was addition of daytime running lights and floormats.
They may have fixed a TSB or two between 98 and 99. (Was the yaw sensor one? Where it would misinterpret RF signals and kick in the VSC to stabilize the vehicle?
There's also a rumor that the 98's are the fastest. (?)

You're correct. I just bought a 98, had Nak and HID but as mentioned these were options and I believe these were options until 01 but they were just installed from the factory because they were the most popular options.
