Just surfing the net found out that Blitz has a GS300 w/ Twin Turbo. How could this be! Did they swap engine? Just a little curious, because I'm still waiting for a T or TT on my car.[IMG]f:/blitz_gs1.jpg[/IMG]

 

In japan they have the toyota aristo v300 which is a gs body with a 2jz-gte (supra turbo engine). you can buy it right off the lot. Blitz just put a big turbo upgrade and moddified the fule system on it.

 

So would it be possible to say that this Blitz upgrade is "doable " for our 98-01 GS's? Does anyone have any cost?

 

it's only doable if your car is ALREADY a Twin Turbo Aristo V300 2JZ-GTE so that means A VERY LIMITED NUMBER OF PEOPLE ON CLUBLEXUS. (2?)

 

Actually if Im not mistaken, the GS300 does use the supra engine but it is the NA version, not the turbo version. Besides the turbos there are slight differences, but I do believe the engine is the same as the NA supra.

 

yeah it's generally the same. Only slight piping differences but I think if someone makes like a turbo kit for the Aristo V300, it probably won't work on a Supra TT. They need to be model-specified. Just like the GS300 here and '99 NA Supras have different 2JZ-GEs.
