Yeah it was cool. The car looked and sounded totally stock except for a nice set of wheels. The guy was about 60 yrs old lol. Said he was puttin down about 550 horses. Had it built somewhwere in Chicago. My BIG BAD GTO got whipped by a true sleeper. Even the driver was a sleeper.lol Thats when I first decided I wanted a gs.

First of all that picture is just a photoshop, notice the 0 on the miles lol. In my experience I have had the needle pegged past the 160, and GPS verified speed although I will not disclose that 
We both let off before our waaay before our respective top speeds. There was no point to keep going because I was so far ahead of him already lol. He realized it and I certainly did too
I re-geared my drivetrain and upped the redline to 7600rpm(soon to be 8000-8200rpm with my new setup) for a different top speed than most GS's. My 4th gear is about 110-157mph, 5th gear is 158-208mph actual speed
And no I have never topped out my car to the max, but I have no doubt that it is capable of hitting the top of 5th gear with my turbo at full 30psi boost. And no, I don't ever plan on trying it lol.

ok assuming tsai has the fastest car -- would there be a point where its unsafe because of suspension? ive been 135 in the gs4, and im stock suspension, it honestly felt terrible....120 in my friends GSR teggy felt like we were on rails...

I'm not one to really condone this kind of activity, but I was late for work and it was 6:50am on a deserted 5 lane expressway bridge and I hit 110 before I had to slow down for a curve, and to stop testing my luck. :/
It definitely didn't feel like it though, if I didn't know any better I would have thought I was only doing 80.

155mph, as that is where the 430 is electronically limited to. It was about a year ago now, but I can remember have a few more revs to give, but I remember it just couldn't go past the 155 mark. Oh how I wish I was GTE'd instead, and like Jeff I would easily blow by 155, which might not be a good thing. But I am a v8 guy, as there are 2 V8s in my driveway, and 2 V8s in my garage, and my least souped up ride is the fastest, def not the quickest.
