Looks good. That color is really going to look great.

Another thought is to get a hotcoat kit from Eastwood.
I've used this kit on some truck rims and the durability is amazing. You can even mount the tires from the front and not have to worry about scratching them. Not a bad kit for the money. You do need an old stove to heat the parts up. I just got a free stove someone was pitching on Craigslist.

Hey Clifford! Great job on the OEM rim... the gunmetal color should look nice on your silver car! Only thing is... I don't really care for those Work rims at all LOL
J/K of course; they look good-are you going to paint them gunmetal too?

I'm thinking about painting the Work wheels - I've already done some homework on how i'd tape off the lip and remove the faux bolts on the face of the wheel. the gunmetal color contrasts my alpine silver color though and the work wheel color actually matches it better. I'll have to see how the oem wheels turn out first.

I'll post pics when i'm all done.

Nice job with those wheels I just had my Milanos painted Mercedes Benz silver, and the lips sanded and high polished. Pics coming..

The original color on the Work wheels might be hard to match since it seems to be sort of a silver with black? Forgot what they call it, but I agree it would match your car color really well...
Should be able to come pretty close though with some careful "experimentation".

From Work, the TM1 finished is called "Crystal Silver". To me, just like a light Graphite finished~

CLIFFUD, did you tape off the back lip of the wheels so as not to paint them, or does it even matter?

I didn't tape off the back lip and I sprayed the inside of the barrel as well because the color was so different from the oem color.

I personally think these rims are going to look GREAT when I'm done. I can't wait!
