Funny but I am getting older I really don't give a rat's a$$ what the mags say I am very happy with my car and I am sure other owners are happy with theirs...

It's the di@#heads who use the auto mags times as HOLY WORDS!?!??!?!

I have HUGE problem with people who think they have a faster car because the magazine said so and the time difference is negligible (and engines, drivetrains are similar etc).

I read the 330 AWD 5.7 sec in Motor Trend some months ago quite frankly.
I was joking too , I should learn how to use them smiley thingies!!
Mag times, you never know what the conditions were, if the car came directly from the company(ringer). I usually wait till people start showing some timeslips to judge how everyday people drive the car.
An example,
S4 stock, there is this person who ran 13.9, perfect conditions, perfect launch, . Mags say 14.1. Another driver same stock S4 gets 14.5 and 14.7's.( shoot at Pomona I saw a chip S4 get 15.3 once)!!! I tend to look at an average time that the average driver would expect to get on the street. I find that with the stock S4 the average is usually ~14.2-14.4 at the track. So in street form(spare back in, 91 octane, heat soak,,,,,) I would expect them to run 14.6 to 14.9.
Sorry to use the S4 as example but it is the one I have some history for.
