I just got this mod done to my gs. I love how it looks and it was not easy and yes you need a real good body shop that knows what there doing.

 

hey dallas that is one sick setup you've got.

are those inlets functional, as in is it forcing air straight into the intake, or is it only used to cool the engine bay?

Yea, he has some REAL nice things in the mix. I know when I was down there to pick up a part he was hoping to get everything together on his blue GS and "other" one. That was a few months ago, hopefully he is back soon.

 

Where did you get the grill, who makes it?

 

That is a Junction Produce Grille. $880 for it. TLW is selling one in the classifieds right now for $750 shipped. Great deal on an elite grille.

 

it's not that hard, you will need to by an aftermarket hood for Ford F-150/Expedition,I've bought few before wholesale for $450 from a local body parts store ,it's made by Reflexion,and the rest you would have to let a pro that has great sheetmetal skills handle this job,as it would have to be welded with minimal shrinkage to eliminate tons of bondo.
