your DTL shouldnt be on with ur low beams on... your wedge bulb is the one that turns on with ur low beams, and only turns on when the low beams are on.

your DTL is the HIGHBEAM bulb and that stays on only when the low beams are off

DTL

You probably mean DRL (Daytime Running Lights)

Your DRL is your highbeam light @50% power and only stay on during the day. They turn off automatically after dusk if you turn your lights on, unless your light sensors are not working, then they would probably stay on all the time.

Hope this helps

The drls are high beam bulbs running at lower wattage. Check the connection to each high beam bulb one is not connected. When one of the bulbs doesn't have power the 2nd one wont turn on also. Hope this helps.

well, one of my hi beams are out, maybe that is causing the problem, but both DRL are working.

DRL are the lgihts in the middle that turns on when you turn your car on right? and not have to turn headlights on
?

Ok...the DRL bulbs(High beams) are in the middle of the housing. The wedge bulbs are in the corner.

If the light sensor believes there is adequate light, the wedge bulbs will not illuminate while in AUTO mode. If you flick the lights to ON, one click back from AUTO, the wedge bulbs should come on.

Replace your high beam bulb and both will work.
