Settings to smoke successfully in your GS (and most other cars):
1: Fresh air, not auto.
2: Aim air at floor vents only.
3: Fan on 3 or higher.
4: Crack window closest to the flithy smoker.
Net air flow is in at the floor and out through the slightly open window. All smoke and ash is blown out and away from the car.
Alternative: stop smoking; it kills fifteen percent of the people who die in this contry.

Non of my Lexus does it, my LS, IS, SC, LX...
I installed the windvisor and still won't help...
I have long hair, so I can't open the window because it will mess up my hair pretty good.

Nobody smokes in my gs. Nobody! I once stopped the car and made a girl I picked up from downtown get out of my back seat. She walked home where I was waiting w/ her friend

OKay, after looking for numerous hours on the internet about this topic, i finally found a solution for smoking in our GS. Obviously this guy had the same problem. Here take a look and pass it on:

I smoke, but I never smoke in my GS. I hate how the car smells when you smoke in it, the greasy film that builds up on the windows, and the ashes that get all over the place. I always smoke before or after I go someplace. It will also lower the resale value because a lot of people won't buy a car with that cigarette smell, which is hard to completely remove.

i smoke in my gs like crazy... and for those that get in my car... they think i don't smoke in my car... it never smells but i do understand about the rear seats... but i usually have a starbucks cup or something i ash in.. i don't like ashing out the window cause then it leaves ash streaks on my black doors... i smoke in my 06 is also.... its my car and i'm not changing my habits
