I would say paint your calipers black definitely. Is it me or would a nice CF hood just finish this car off perfectly??? That would be awesome.

Eventually, if I can find a good quality CF hood that's not priced over 1k. I heard Seibon is one of the best, but my bro's Seibon CF hood on his WRX is beginning to hold loose.

Is the ViS CF hood that bad? Ive seen them in person (GS model) and it has held up really good over time. The only negative is the hood struts but that isnt that hard to fix. Good price too @ 475-500.

I'm not feeling it but I can see it's your style and that's cool. Props for being different with the wheels and the wing. It does not look rice to me because the rest of the car is understated. So A for effort and originality...no other GS on CL like it.

Hey Globe,

with the tire profile 245/40/18 & 275/35/18; is it a bumpy ride for your wheels?

i'm using these profile while lowered and its quite noisy for me though

Thanks for the props guys, even though it might not be your taste. Going the sporty route has always been on my agenda. VIP and classy is the trend now but everyone's doing it.

It's actually not a bumpy ride at all. Maybe because I got new shocks the same day as my wheels? I feel that they're the same bumpiness as my 245/45/17 tires before. But it does feel bumpy compared to stock 16s, which I was running on the 2 weeks before I got these rims.

I don't hear too much noise either. But that could be because my music is always turned up

Your rear bumper is beggin for a replacement or atleast a lip. Your car would flow allot more if you had a rear bumper. Then maybe your spoiler wont look as out of place.

excellent call. I actually painted my oem wheels gun metal grey but one of them is cracked so I can't put them on yet.

Here's what they would look like:

I think they look great! Go Silver GS's with Black Rims!

yes i agree. I was going to get a rear bumper, but got the rims first instead. I still have the VeilSide K1 kit in mind, but again quite many members on CL have that set.
