Yah...how slow is slow? Did you ride in another GS300 to compare?
Try do the following....
-Reset ECU (disconnect negative battery terminal)
-Check engine oil level
-Check trans oil level
-Add Fuel Injector Cleaner to gas tank
-Top off with Premium (92 or 93 Octane) gas
-Check if parking brakes dis-engaged completely
-Check and clean air filter
-Check serpentine belt drive if "stretched out"....if so, replace.
Lastly, if this is a CPO GS...then take it back for a check up.
Good luck.

I'm thinking I must have just had some crappy gas or something. The car is driving much better now, without resetting the ECU or anything else. I still would like to boost the performance though. I guess I'll take the suggestion of many on this board and put Torquemaster spark plugs in my GS on my next spark plug change. Hopefully that will help.
Thanks to all for your help.

However when I take it in for my 35,000 mile service, I'll have Lexus check it just to make sure Thanks a lot for your help though. I appreciate it.
