Does Tein CS can be adjust more firmmer or stiffer than L-tuned suspension? I think l-tuned are little bit too soft for me. and how much can CS drop?

The Tein CS's can go from near stock to midline HA (which is pretty stiff). As for the drop, I don't know the exact number (those aren't exact anyways) but you can get them pretty low...
