It's http://www.aerotect.net/

The thoughts I passed along were

1) Smoke film for GS tails and inner tails

2) Small strip of film sized to cover orange stripe on 01+ GS tail lights in red to match upper part of light. Also do something similar for 98+ with center orange stripe.

3) Yellow overlays for those with clear OEM fog lights

If you guys have other thoughts of items you think there would be a large interest in, please let me know by posting here or PM and I'll pass it along.

Here's a thread that shows some of the similar stuff they're making for the 2IS

it costs about $200 to smoke the lights and about the same to remove and spray clearcoat on them

That is for a body shop to do it correct?

^^^Thank you thank you thank you. That is exactly what I needed to see. How hard was it to remove? And did you use clearcoat?

Thanks,
Elliot

well I normally use 180 grit to take all the stuff off, then go over with 320 grit ,clean and shoot clear, but if you dont have access to D/A sander and compressed air, it may take a while, just make sure to sand all the tinted paint in the groove around the turn signal lense,I use a air sander and actually sand the lens smooth so there are no dips i the lens

and yes, that's what would most body shops charge
