Spray silicone on the rubber instead of wd40 to loosen it

WD40 tends to dry rubber rather quickly

Actually no. This is not a 24/7 service hotline so you can't expect instant response.

In addition, if the subject was easy to acknowledge about (a simple tune up), why haven't you figured out a solution?

Reason for the lack of response is not too many have had this problem before. During our tune-up, most people don't run into this problem.

I had the same issue with the spark plug boot. Once I figured that the motor should be as cold as possible, I didnt have that problem anymore.

Changed plugs 4 times since then.

Leave your car outside and change the plugs first thing in the morning while it is still cold.

Whatever you do, do not start it up.

Remember to gently pull on the plug boot with a gentle twisting to break the bond between the rubber and aluminum.

Upon reinstalling, apply boot grease to stop future adhearance issues.
