Best of luck, the SRT-8 Magnum is a very cool ride.

I sat in a 300c srt 8 at the orlando car show and the seats were awesome.. IF money wasn't a object this car would be high on my list..

Remember the Magnum and 300C have Mercedes Benz parts, like the 5 speed tranny from the E-class. Not bad at all. The only problem I have is that those cars are everywhere in NYC.

Nice change.. and WAY cooler than driving an SUV.

We have a guy next door with a black Magnum SRT8. I even like the stock 20" wheels it has...
I'd probably just drop it a little and put a MagnaFlow exhaust on it.

Congratulations!

Nice engine is about the best compliment I can give to a Magnum, that elevated but small rear window is frightening with 400+ horses attached. I rented one and you can barely see behind you, I can't imagine doing over 100 and feeling 'safe' unless it's at a track.

Congrats on your car though

K&N drop-in? Doesn't it already have K&N shor ram intake? Not sure about Magnum, but I saw 300C SRT8 in C&D magazine, and it had K&N short ram in it.

Being a Dodge I'd be concerned about reliability. Having MB parts I'd be terrified.

Not with either companies track record. Unreliability ruins it all for me
This will be the third "new" Chrysler product I've seen broken down this week...and Phoenix temps are barely over 100.
Sorry to be so negative, but I truely do wish you the best with your new purchase.

I agree with most everyone here. Congratulations on the purchase. Those cars are sweet.

I see a couple around my area and they definitely turn my head. They're awesome looking cars IMO and many people's opinions and they can most definitely move.

Reliability is probably blah, but if you're willing to go along with it, there aren't many other choices like it. Great car.

I've actually raced a couple and although it's rated at 425 hp, I've beaten a couple and lost to a couple. You'd be surprised just how much the GS can haul. It doesn't feel very fast when driving it but when you're up against a tough competitor, it just feels like the GS becomes a different machine when you floor it.

The SRT-8 Magnum is most definitely a different species.
