Is this all I need????? Navigation
I've read a bunch of threads on the navigation upgrade and I am still confused. I have the original DVD that came with the car in my 02 GS430. Is this all I need???

Yep, just get the new DVD, eject the old, install the new and let it update. Once done, any new data and POIs will be on there. Part# appears correct per lexus-parts.com for your MY car.
