Default DIY Gone Bad...Wind Visors

Well to begin, I must say Carson Toyota has EXCELLENT service. Email & Phone Confirmation. Tracking # provided. I ordeded them sunday and got in thursday.

Instructions were in japanese, but pictures helped.

Anyway, i put on the rear visor first, and thought everything was okay. Than i continuted on to the front visor. Than, when i went to go shut the door, the front door would not clear with the new wind visor on the rear passenger door. So after realizing that, and had already heated up the 3m sticky tape, i rushed to try and take off the wind visor off the rear door.

This is what happened...

wow...sorry to see that, but at least youve learned from your mistake. Hopefully the others ones went on okay, and all you have to do is order/find one to replace that broken piece.

Heh, at least you know the tape is strong

Won't fly off during high speed driving. Also, if some wiseguy decides to jack them from you and use it on his car...he's gona get a half busted set of wind visors.

Man that does suck, I wish you best in finding a replacement piece. Worse case, I suppose you could expoxy the pieces together and try again.
