Default Timing Belt Maintenance? 60k or 90k?

Hey guys,

I am a little confused. When should the timing belt maintenance be done on a 2000 gs300?
60k or 90k?
i remember reading some places said 90k is the big tune up and lexus told me 60k is the big tune up.

Which is it?

thanks

Its 90K.

60k is just small upkeep stuff. But 90k is the big one where timing belt/water pump need to be replaced.

it's normally at 90K but keep in mind the our ozone eats the rubber parts on our car. have the belt inspected at 60K to make sure it's in good shape. I think seven years is a good starting point for inspection.

wait for 90k, i know of lots of people who go way past 90k before they even ask about changing the timing belt/water pump

I aksed this question earlier in another thread, but had no luck with a reply! So it is at 90K where the belt and the water pump should be changed?

wait till 90 i actually got mine done @ 93, as far as i know the reason for the 60 is if u do alot of stop and go, deliveries etc, the 90 is for majority highway mileage i do both whem mine was changed it still looked in ok shape.
