Don't know how much you all know about other models, but Lexus came out with a fix for the RX's with HID. Too many people in the NE were having their bumpers, hoods, and fenders screwed by people pulling out their head lights.

Maybe if we complain to Lexus they'll be likely to fix this somehow. And PLEASE, do not call your local dealer and yell at them, there's nothing we can do at the dealer level. Call the 800 number, 800-25LEXUS (255-3987).

At work I tell people to call them all the time and they're usually willing to help out with cust issues that the dealer just can't do.

Not to happy about the simplicity in removing fog lights. I was very suprised at that when I changed the fog light bulbs in my car. I'll pick up a 2 pairs of those allen head screws. A small form of protection helps.

It's a metric threaded bolt. You will need to goto a hardware store that carries a bigger assortment of metric fasteners. Home depot only has like 1 drawer full of metric stuff.

Oh you mean you wanted a hex socket metric bolt? Again, goto a hardware store that has more metric fasteners. I bought a couple from a store here that has a two whole aisle full of metric fasteners. Also, if you can find it...get a stainless one. At first I used a regular steel one and it rusted after a while. The stainless one fixed that.

here's a tip - if you do end up getting diff bolts for the fogs, make sure you don't misplace the key.

Lucky you caught him and all your missing is some screws and a little bonding work in area.

My friend had all four wheel valve covers taken from his truck while he was watching the TV in his car,the funny part is he lowered the window and ordered the kid to put the valve covers back.

Those yellow fogs are like gold on Ebay and they command a hefty premium, next time if you get lucky and see him get some Great Stuff expanding foam and put the straw in his tailpipe and give it a squirt ,trust me it works like a charm poor bastard wont know what him!!!

I'm definitely going to get some allen-style for my fogs, never would've thought of it.

I hate to hear the value of the yellow fogs. i have a set and never paid much attention to them until now. I have been thinking of changing them anyway. Now I have a real reason.
