Does anybody know if the Mark Levinson w/ Nav has line outs to the amp?

Technically, yes there are. The radio and CD both send a low-level signal (like RCA cables) to the amp.

Wiring diagrams can be downloaded from http://techinfo.lexus.com for $10 per day of access.
