Jeez that sucks man, sorry to hear about it.
My mom got into one of those a while back, the lady tried to sue her for 1 Mil, and that stupid lady had no insurance. They they made her pay for the repairs out of her pockets, thats all I know though, dont know if they did anything else.
Important thing is you are ok.

This is on a 55mph zone on wet load after rain stopped, traffic all moving around 55-60 mph. You don't just slam on the brake so you can barely stop at the signal light. That's called bad judgement, and endangering other drivers.
BTW, you should be able to drive behind anyone anytime if you are so good at driving, keeping good distance.

But to claim another in-DUH-vidual is at fault? Nope. Not me. I claim full responsability for my retaredeness.
It's a poor man who blame his in adequacies on something other than his own doing. Which you tried to do in your first post.
