How about when you parallel park and if there are people with you or you ask damn why did I park so far from the curb not realizing it's already a habit to avoid damage to your wheels.
When you unlock the door but leave the button pressed so other's can see that you can open your windows and sunroof from outside the car.
Ditto bro!!!

You got stuff sitting in your garage to install, waiting for your car.
Steve Ganz has your credit card number memorized
You have either bought another GS or you have seriously considered buying another GS
You rev your engine at red lights in neutral, even if no other cars are around
BlueLex's car is your wallpaper on your computer
You bookmarked pages of the pics 1SICKLEX took with the girls he knows

............if you have to continuously explain to your significant other , or rather make up, the reason for the new mod you bought or thinking about buying..
..........when people swear that its an 06, and their jaw drops when you tell them the real year!!!
..........when people are amazed when you leave the headlamp switch on auto so that when you turn on the car the headlights self level ..
they are like your headlights just moved, and then u explain and demontrate by using e shift so that the front of the car raises and the lights aim down....

I have to admit I love watching people do a double take on the car. Maybe it's because the closest Lexus dealership is 140 miles away and while there are lots of Lexus SUV's around here, I can count the number of GS's I've seen locally on one hand.
The other day there were a number of people standing around in a parking lot when I was walking up to my car. With a black interior, it gets quite hot sitting in the Eastern Washington sun and if I can roll down the windows for even a few seconds before getting in, it really cools down. Apparently having a parked car with no one in it suddenly roll down all of it's windows and open the sunroof was something these people didn't see every day, they were quite surprised.

Someone mentioned earlier about the wife slamming the trunk.. Even before I bought my GS, my previous car was the victim of both trunk and door slamming by her. This literally pisses me off. She blames the spoiler all the time. Now that I have the GS and after an argument, she now closes the trunk and doors like the car is loaded with princess-cut diamonds in it.

You know you are a GS owner when...

-You cringe at the gas price but can care less after remembering the times you had in the last 14 gallons.
-Spend ALL day and night detailing her, park in the garage and just before you enter the house lean against the door way and stare at your hard work for a good 2-3 minutes.
-When you stop next to a C class with 25" wheels and ( )
-When you spend $140 dollars at Autozone or Pep Boys...just on detailing stuff.
-When you drive with your headlights AND yellow foglights on..durning the day.
-Love to valet (in the right areas) so that you can see your own car roll away and pull back up after dinner.
-Don't mind circuling the parking lot 20 times looking for parking.

I'm guilty of all of these

I love this. All of my neighbors think that my car is brand new. I just can't bring myself to tell them that it is almost 7 years old and has 95k on it. It's a fantastic feeling.
