Water In Rear Floor Area
I have water gathering in the rear passenger side floor. I mop it up and it comes back daily. Is this something to do with the ac system?

Do you notice any water under the carpet in the front passenger area? It is possible that the drainage for the A/C evaporator is clogged and/or leaking to the interior. You'll need to pull up the carpet to get a better look and make such you aren't starting to get mold.

I will check under the front carpet. Where would the plug be? Close to the console?
As to the body plugs, yes, we had 40 straight days of rain (!) here. Where are they located?

Here's a previous post showing the plugs and their locations. Crawl under the car and visually check to see if they are all inplace.
